The combination of a beautiful setting, gorgeous light, wonderful people and God’s richest blessings is just the perfect recipe for an unforgettable wedding! Such was the  wedding of Ella and Sakkie- absolutely unforgettable! And my goodness was it fun too! I don’t think I have laughed that much during the reception part of the day in a long time. The speeches, dance moves and garter game had me in fits of giggles! The collection of guests were fun loving people who lived life to the full. Which I think is a wonderful testimony of the type of people that Ella and Sakkie are! It was also so good to see some familiar faces from back home, and having the Somerset East gang represented so well!

These two love-birds got married at Delsma farm in Riebeeck Kasteel- which was the perfect place for these farm kids to tie the knot! Ella made the most radiant and beautiful bride- flashing that splendid smile of hers the whole day! I went a bit crazy again with the bridal shoot but I just couldn’t get enough of this pretty lady and how happy she was on her wedding day! Seeing the gentle way Sakkie treats her with so much love and respect, I can see why Ella is blooming like she is! Their marriage is one that depicts the way Christ loves the church!
